O mně
Dana Raunerová, narozená 5. 4. 1955 v Chebu, vystudovala Samostatnou PF v Plzni obor český jazyk - výtvarná výchova. Od absolvování v roce 1978 žila do r. 2004 v Plzni. Dnes je jejím domovem Česká Bříza, vesnička vzdálená 10 km od Plzně.
S drobnými přestávkami učí na školách s výtvarným zaměřením - od r. 1995 na SSUPŠ Zámeček v Plzni - Radčicích , a to především malbu, kresbu a navrhování.
Kromě kresby tuší a rákosem, popř. kolorované akvarelem je její doménou malba akrylem. Základní formát 100x120cm řadí někdy do polyptychů.
V minulosti se též věnovala práci s hlínou - vytvářela komorní keramické objekty. V téže době pak tvořila i pletivové kašírované objekty větších rozměrů, jejichž základním rysem byla spontánní barevnost a humor /viz megaslepice aj./..
Na základě tří scénografií, které vytvořila pro Divadlo dětí Alfa v Plzni byla motivována k tvorbě masek a krosnových loutek pro komerční využití, sezónních výzdob veřejných interiérů, dekorů na dřevěné hračky a dětské hrací kostky, ale i na hrnky a porcelán aj.
Navrhuje a řídí výrobu šitých dekorací většinou nástěnných, ale i prostorových, polštářů, kapsářů aj. pro komornější prostory - nejvýznamnější realizace je v Kojeneckém ústavu s dětským domovem v Plzni.
Je i ilustrátorkou především učebnic pro první stupeň ZŠ i poezie.
V posledních letech je se svou dcerou a manželem majitelkou a tím i chovatelkou koní, a tak je nasnadě, že se její tvůrčí pozornost zaměřila i na tuto tématiku. Vytváří kolorované kresby, kde využívá nejen znalosti anatomie koní, ale i své fantazie, která motivy koní zasazuje nenuceně do nastíněných příběhů, vztahů.
Svůj katalog, vydaný k životnímu jubileu 50 let za velké finanční podpory generálního partnera skupiny ČEZ, Západočeské galerie a dalších drobnějších sponzorů, nazvala Nebe je v tobě.
Zvolila si výňatek ze sentence Angela Sillesia - Zastav se, kam běžíš, nebe je v tobě, ty je však v sobě nehledáš, a proto je míjíš.
Tímto mottem též uvedla nejen výstavu v Galerii 13 Západočeské galerie v Plzni v roce 2005, ale i další výstavy, které od té doby pořádala.
Dalo by se říci, že se tato myšlenka stala jejím životním mottem.
Kromě výtvarné práce se nárazově věnuje i psaní textů, které lze nazvat poetickými, protože mnohdy hranice mezi prózou a poezii se smazává. Své dětské říkanky využívá též k doplnění např. obrázků omalovánek aj.
Jejím snem je přiblížit se co nejvíc harmonii přírody. Ten se začal plnit už přestěhováním z města na venkov.
Jejím cílem je malovat a tvořit vše tak, aby to bylo pro okolí zdrojem pozitivní energie.

ABOUT ME - ENGLISH VERSION
Dana Raunerová is a teacher of art disciplines, because she graduated at the art department of the Pedagogical fakulty in Pilsen. Besides teaching at the elementary and special art elementary school in the past, Dana is now also a member of a teachers´team a tone private art-industry based high schoul, commonly called „Zámeček“. There she teaches especially painting and drawing. Her optimistic point of view, sincerity, the sense of fair-play and humor are keys to her pedagogical success and a way to manager difficult tasks.
The work of Dana Raunerová can be dividend into many layers. She prefers drawings, either as a part of paintings or as drawings themselves. At the very start of her way to free creating there were, of course, realistic experience. Dana got the basic principles under control, which is so important for further personal development. Later she liberated herself from clichés and borders and found her place in the 20th century art world. It´s also necessary to say that she was influenced by artists, whose life philosophy is close to hers. It is, for example, J. Miró and P. Klee or also the art of ancient natural nations, such as the Cave man, children´s drawings and thein specific principles. Dana Raunerová is not a teenager anymore and with a 30 year experience Dana has created an unexchangable artistic brush-work. She has always inclined to an expression full of emotions without unnecessary details. Her playfulness is expressed by quick lines and full colors. There are many series of Picture, drawings, distempers, oils, which can be an inexhaustible source for other works. The span of Themis and ideas widens with age and experience. Many Picture may seem as abstrakt, but they are always a transformation of emotional and sensual situation and personál experience. At first signy there is no visible rule or order, but we knot that the desire to have it, the desire of a positive world belongs to the important waysout of Dana´s works. The autor hasproved her art abilities in many other areas, such as a Christmas decoration of the Carrefour shopping center in CR, where she left all the typoval forms and clichés. But anyways, many similar projects still aren´t in the hands of artists, although it influences our taste and esthetical perception of the visitors. And that´s why the works of Dana Raunerová – so full of imagination, playfulness, desire, atmosphere of childhood – are such a rare phenomenon. Her works carry inside numerous messages, they carry the seal of color, which has the ability to be the bearer of picture values, the knight of our emotions. The autor works with colors in different wals. As we have said efore, all takes place in time and movement and it is time, which provides us a certain look-back, some review. And that review is only positive.
